Mountain Trolls are the middle-tier Trolls encountered in The Faelands. Their rock armor hardens and offers greater defense than that of a Rock Troll, and their attacks grow more complex, adding a backswing to their usual club smash and improving the accuracy of the rock scatter attack.

- Mountain Trolls, as all types of Trolls, have a chance of dropping Unique or Set items when killed. Note that their loot is rolled when they're killed, not when they spawn in, allowing you to save before killing one in order to farm said pieces.
