Wismey Destan is a fateweaver residing in the tavern at Mel Senshir. He had originally came to the city to help defend it from the Tuatha, but now spends much of his time telling other soldiers their fate. After the Fateless One breaks the siege, he is relieved because everyone was supposed to die in the battle, or shortly afterwards, though he does comment that General Tilera was supposed to live on long after the battle.
