History
A time period where darkness swept over Amalur. No real history survived this era only legends and tales. Some Amalurians believe that this Deep Gloam will sweep over us again, while others just say that to their children for obedience. But, we do know that only a few mortals survived by hiding from the surface as dark forces went across the surface. Religious Zealots think that this happened while the gods were creating Amalur since there were no civilizations at the time or before The Deep Gloam. Others continue to research to find out what exactly happened at this time and what made the Deep Gloam subside.
