Semi-protect

This game will eventually get a lot of coverage and main pages are often targets for vandalism, I suggest you guys semi protect this page so that only autoconfirmed users can edit it. It's already been vandalised at least once. {{SUBST:User:Revoran/Zig}} 09:23, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

Where/ who is the creator of this wiki?

Navigation - Destinies

It would be great if an admin could add Destinies to the main navigation menu. They are a core part of the game.

Navigation

May I suggest adding a crafting tab to the gameplay? Make it easier to find the Blacksmithing,Alchemy, and Sagecraft pages from the start.Talon 16:30, February 27, 2012 (UTC)

Layout issue...

The front page currently looks like this to me: [1]

I'm thinking the video is a little to big.

  • Yep, it was the video breaking it. Thanks for making a mention of it. :-) - Wagnike2 16:14, March 1, 2012 (UTC)

Pages, Specifying Core Game or DLC

Long time lurker here. Most pages on the wiki start out with an introduction sentace of "is a (quest, npc, item, location, ect) In Kingoms of Amalur: Reckoning" And buried somewhere in the bulk of most pages it will tell you if it's in the core game or DLC and this drives me crazy. I have gotten excited several times about something I read only to realise later its only in the DLC. What I was wondering is it a feasible idea to change said introduction sentance from "...in KO:A" to something along the lines of "...in the (insert DLC name here) DLC"?

Nobody has any comment? Technically it is incorrct to have it on pages where it is only avalibal in a certain DLC. I'd be willing to go through all the pages and change them according if anyone supports this... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.17.171.74 (talkcontribs)

Was away for a few weeks just noticed this. Let's see... Currently we list them on the main pages for each dlc (e.g. The Legend of Dead Kel, Teeth of Naros) but your idea is good. I'll be away tomorrow for the entire day, but I'll modify the templates on Sunday to account for (optional) DLC information. Good news is this should involve changes to only a hundred pages or so to add the relevant DLC info. Bad news is that we don't have precise, explicit information about which DLC (or core) each item is from. With core we can be fairly certain, but DLC is less clear since core items also drop in DLC locations (the Dead Kel item list probably still contains a few core items...). Anyway, sorting it out will be a problem for later. -- Gyumaou (Talk) 21:37, May 4, 2012 (UTC)

Item template's modified, and I've updated Dead Kel items (that I know of) to use the extra dlc info. Will start on some of the listed Naros items, plus will finish them off when I finally get a chance to play the DLC. -- Gyumaou (Talk) 18:00, May 6, 2012 (UTC)
