Shieldring Keep is a Warsworn hold and is one of the three Warsworn Keeps in the Faelands. Ochdran Fall claims that Shieldring is the oldest Keep still standing, after Jottun tore down Ironfast Keep. Shieldring was built on the ruins of Forgefire Keep, which was built on the last few stones of Hammer Rock, the great Varani war temple.
The Keep is made of the Great Hall, where Tine Delfric the Castellan greets new recruits and possible patrons. It is also the location of the Contract Board from which anyone can pick up a job. The Forge and Commissary are to the right as the player enters the keep. A blacksmith Forge can be found here along with the local blacksmith trainer, the quartermaster, and the possibility of repairing used weapons and armor. The Common quarters are straight ahead of the entrance, with beds available for Pledgeshields and ranks above. Castellans' quarters are to the left, the player being warned not to go in there.

The following items found here can be looted, if not otherwise noted, looting from them is not considered Stealing:
- Chest x 1
- Locked Chest (Easy) x 1
- Locked Chest (Average) x 2
- Locked Chest (Warsworn Monuments Key) x 1
- Weapon Rack x 1 (Stealing)
NOTE: When I first entered Shieldring, and after handing Ordura's commendation over to Delfric, all locked chests were considered stealing for me, while the weapon rack was not. Also, there are two more chests in the Castellan's quarters: a Hard locked one & an unlocked one (both were considered stealing as well) that contains the potion that Oleander Sinclair asks you to retrieve. I wish the original poster was right about the chests not being considered stealing because I found the Fae Summer Shield in the (Hard) locked chest & the Humble Staff in the Easy locked chest. ~Nemesis55444
