DescriptionEdit

A house in Adessa obtained after entering the city. However, upgrades cannot be purchased until the Fateless One completes the quest Under Watch.

LocationEdit

In Adessa, just past the entrance to the city.

CostEdit

While the house is obtained for free there are three upgrades which can be purchased once the Fateless One starts the quest Sandstone Villa. The total cost is estimated to be around 17,000 (Depending on your mercantile level).

3. Alchemy workbench

NotesEdit

• There is a healer named Milou in the Villa.
• Sometimes there are two Henchmen gnomes in the house who will attack you. (After the quest Under Watch.)
