A Hireling is a rank in the Warsworn faction. It is associated with people that are trying to prove their worth to an officer in the Warsworn, or to someone that wants to join but has not yet proven themselves. The player becomes a Hireling after completing Ost Ordura's mission and speaking to Tine Delfric. He/she will then join 3 other Hirelings in a mission with Ost Ordura, which ends in everyone except the player getting killed by Niskaru. You may find various Hirelings in all of the camps throughout the Faelands, as well as in small villages and towns such as Whitestone in Detyre.
