Kollossae legends tell of the Furies, the gods of vengeance, that stalk their victims in the night. Like the spirits of legends, this armor is as black as dusk. Its face mask bears a horrible visage, and is crafted of old brass.

The Boots can be found in a chest South of the sewers. The rest of the set can be farmed by killing Silverback Trolls outside Idylla, who may drop pieces of the set at random.  You may want save before killing each troll so you can reload if the set item does not appear.  Silverback Trolls are tough opponents, so use caution.
