I'm trying to find someone who sells flawless level crafting components, but I can't find one anywhere! I know there is the guy in camp moon down, but the best stuff he sells are master, good but not great; and his selection is poor. Can someone help me?

There is no place in game where you can buy flawless crafting components, just have to get lucky when salvaging the material to get flawless, the better the equipment the better the chance you have at getting a flawless. Like if the piece says mastercrafted though it was a drop or has a blue name instead of a white name.
