Ebony Sceptre is a sceptre available to the Fateless One in Amalur. Made of ebony wood and set with a magically-infused prismere shard as a focus gem, they are the most powerful sceptres available in the base game, being stronger than Ash Sceptres.

Notes[]
Added in the Teeth of Naros DLC, the highest tier of generic Primal Sceptre does have a higher base damage than a generic ebony sceptre. However, this only applies to sceptres with Primal Damage as their main affinity, as primal sceptres cannot have another element as their main affinity. This means that for the 3 main elemental types of sceptres (Fire, Ice, & Lightning), Ebony sceptres are still the most powerful sceptres available.
