A spear-wielding Varani, Curran Crand expresses dislike for the bland road patrol missing and doubt that the Warsworn actually meet their reputation.

Curran stands at Warden's Bridge together with two other hirelings, Wyl Rendig and Brae Folmoric. Just as Ost Ordura talks about the mission, the Fateless One arrives and joins the group. Curran is the first of the group to be killed by an unseen enemy during the patrol.
